Deep Impact (movie)

Deep Impact is a 1998 motion picture directed by Mimi Leder staring Téa Leoni, Morgan Freeman, Elijah Wood and Robert Duvall. The inter-related stories of the film describe events which take place surrounding the discovery of a comet due to impact the earth and its subsequent approach to our planet. A competing comet-impact film Armageddon was released at approximately the same time as Deep Impact.
