Jay Hanna Dean

Jay Hanna 'Dizzy' Dean (1910-1974) was an American Major League Baseball pitcher and member of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Jay Hanna 'Dizzy' Dean was born on 16 January 1910 in Lucas, Arkansas. He was a pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals from 1930 to 1937, the Chicago Cubs from 1938 to 1941, and the St. Louis Browns in 1947.

Accomplishments:

His brother was Paul 'Daffy' Dean who was also a major league pitcher.

Dean died on 17 July 1974 in Reno, Nevada.
