The Noble Sant Cassia family are Counts Sant Cassia(Created by Empress Maria Theresa of Austria) and Barons of Ghariexem e Tabia(Order of St John) created in 1770 and 1638.The Present head is John Sant Cassia : 13th Baron of Ghariexem e Tabia, 8th Count Sant. The heirs are Contino Philip Sant Cassia and Baronessina Chiara Sant Cassia.
